I understand that ……………… Campus will exercise reasonable care to ensure my/our child’s safety. Tour operating company and Faculties accompanying the group will provide supervision and will exercise reasonable care to avoid accidents.

By signing below, I am granting my child permission to attend the education tour.

I am aware and understand that the activities included during the program involved inherent risk and may result in personal injury.

I agree to cooperate with all camp procedures and regulations.
